Schedule an Appointment

Tell us about you. We'll call to schedule a 30-minute conversation.

A meeting with us is thirty to forty-five minutes — long enough to actually look at your current plan, your medications, and your provider preferences. We can meet in person at the office on Charlotte Street (most clients do), by phone, or by Zoom — whichever you prefer.

There is no charge for the meeting, there is no obligation to enroll in anything, and if your current plan is the right plan for you, we will tell you that.

The form below sends a request to Joel or Patricia. One of us will call you back within one business day to set up the appointment.

By submitting this form you authorize us to contact you by phone to discuss your insurance needs. You can revoke this authorization at any time. We do not share your contact information with anyone outside our agency. We do not enroll you in any plan without an explicit signed enrollment form during the meeting itself.

Why Not an Instant Quote?

A note about Medicare quoting.

Medicare quoting is heavily regulated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). We are required by law to verify your eligibility, confirm your medication list, confirm your physicians' network participation, and disclose specific facts about each plan before enrolling you. None of that can be done responsibly through a website form.

It is done at a table, with you, with the actual plan documents in front of us. We will not pretend otherwise.

That's also why our website does not list specific premiums for specific carrier plans. Premiums change at least annually, sometimes more often, and they vary by zip code, age, gender, and tobacco status. Quoting a specific dollar figure on a public webpage would mislead you into making decisions on data that may be out of date the day after you read it. We give you the real number at the appointment. The appointment is free.
